• CQUniversity Adelaide, Bundaberg, Cairns, Emerald, Gladstone, Mackay, Melbourne, Rockhampton, Sydney, Townsville with negotiable work-from-home arrangements (Excluding SEQ)
• Total Remuneration $123,737 to $137,091 pa (including salary of $104,560 to $115,844^ˆ plus 17% superannuation and leave loading)
• Equivalent Hourly Rate: $55.28 to $61.25 per hour

As a TAFE Teacher – Community Services, you will design and deliver high-quality vocational education and training aligned with industry standards, supporting a diverse range of learners. You’ll teach across classroom, online and workplace settings, maintain strong industry connections, and ensure compliance with VET and RTO requirements.

Position Requirements

• Possession of relevant vocational qualification/s at the level equivalent to or higher than the level to be delivered: industry qualification (certificate, trade certificate, diploma, degree or masters).
• Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, or a Diploma or higher qualification in Adult Education (or equivalent), or willingness to obtain.
• Ability to design, deliver, and assess vocational education and training across diverse learning environments (classroom, online, workplace).
• Strong ability to engage and support learners from diverse backgrounds and maintain effective industry relationships.
• Diploma of Community Services or higher, Cert IV Youth Work, Cert IV Child Youth and Family Intervention, or higher and/or an Advanced Diploma of Community Sector Case Management CHC62015. (Desirable)
