Position Title: University Faculty, Researcher, Postdoctoral

Position Description:

1. Senior Talents: Candidates should possess strong academic leadership and significant academic influence, with achievements recognized by domestic and international peers in their field. They must demonstrate outstanding capabilities and notable accomplishments in academia, scientific research, or teaching, and be capable of significantly contributing to the university’s development and discipline construction. This category refers to national-level talents.
2. Experienced Professionals: Candidates should have substantial experience accumulated in academic, scientific research, or industrial fields. They must have achieved commendable results and recognized accomplishments in natural sciences, engineering technology, or technology transfer, and possess the ability to conduct independent research and secure project resources. This category targets high-end talents from industry.
3. Full-time Postdoctoral Researchers and High-Level Dedicated Research Personnel: Candidates should demonstrate strong academic innovation capability and the ability to meet the demands of dedicated research positions. They should be promising talents with the potential to become excellent young faculty members. They will work on tasks related to the university’s basic research, major scientific research projects, key laboratory construction, and key technology improving.

Qualifications:

1. National-Level Senior Talents: Candidates must possess strong academic leadership and high academic influence, with achievements recognized by domestic and international peers in their field. They should demonstrate outstanding capabilities and notable accomplishments in academia, scientific research, or teaching, and be capable of significantly contributing to the university’s development and discipline construction.
2. Young Talents: Candidates should have strong academic influence, with academic achievements that are domestically leading or internationally advanced in their field. Their academic influence should rank among the top domestic and international young and middle-aged scholars in their discipline. The cultivation goal for such talents is future selection into national-level talent programs.
3. Overseas Ph.D. Graduates: Candidates must hold a doctoral degree from a high-level overseas university. Preference will be given to those with overseas research experience. Candidates should have achieved certain accomplishments in relevant fields or demonstrate high potential. Exceptionally outstanding Ph.D. graduates may be directly appointed as Professor or Associate Professor.
4. Postdoctoral Researchers and High-Level Dedicated Research Personnel: Candidates should demonstrate strong academic innovation capability and the ability to meet the demands of dedicated research positions. They should be promising talents with the potential to become excellent young faculty members. They will work on tasks related to the university’s basic research, major scientific research projects, key laboratory construction, and key technology improving. Postdoctoral candidates must demonstrate strong academic innovation capability, generally be under 35 years of age, and have received their Ph.D. degree within the last 3 years.
