About the Opportunity:

The Faculty of Health is seeking a dynamic Education Advisor to join it’s Faculty Education team. Reporting to the Faculty Education Manager, the Advisor will maintain accurate, current, and accessible program, course, and unit information.

You will be pivotal in improving the student experience and retention by actively engaging with students and assisting with policy interpretation and administration.

Key responsibilities include –

Creating and amending student study plans and course requirements for endorsement.

Responding to enquiries from prospective applicants, current students, and alumni and processing international registration requests for graduates.

Implementing policies for student admission, enrolment, and graduation and assisting with Course Advisory Groups coordination.

Coordinating faculty involvement in recruitment, marketing, and related projects.
