  • Base salary range: $64,597 – $71,552 p.a. plus 17% superannuation

About the team

Campus Management is responsible for planning, designing, developing and managing the University’s campus and property portfolio to support teaching, research and campus life. Campus Management delivers a range of University-wide services including strategic planning, property management, facilities operations, major projects and developments, sustainability, landscape, security and transport. Within the Central SDC Campus Management’s Maintenance and Services team the role shares accountability for the operational delivery of Campus Management services and its primary customers are the Central Units and the University’s estate.

UniPrint is the UWA preferred supplier for Print services providing a comprehensive service to the University community.

About the opportunity

You will assist in the production of a range of digitally printed material and assist in the maintenance of equipment and the production area. You will process inbound and outbound deliveries as well as completed jobs and maintain the area stores.

Key responsibilities:

  • Print and bind documents on a range of production level printing and binding machines
  • Maintain production level printing and binding machines
  • Maintain areas in a tidy and safe working condition
  • Re-stock production materials
  • Record relevant production information and update job tracking information in a management system

About you 

To be considered for this opportunity, you will demonstrate:

  • Year 12 or equivalent competency
  • Working knowledge of a wide variety of bindery equipment
  • Working knowledge of a wide variety of digital printing equipment
  • Working knowledge of a mail inserting equipment
  • Good written and verbal communication skills

Note:

  • Some after-hours work may be required
  • Current “C” class driver’s licence
  • Capacity to meet physical requirements of the position
