Offer Description
- Participation in training to improve teaching skills.
- Organization of and participation in trainings to exchange experience and improve your skills.
- Constantly improving your professional qualifications.
- Teaching and mentoring students.
- Conducting classes, including those at the Medical Simulation Centre (CSM), that are properly prepared in terms of merits and methodology, in the agreed duration, on the dates set in the schedule, using the instruments and equipment available at the university.
- Developing teaching forms and verification methods of learning outcomes taking into consideration students’ opinions expressed in students’ surveys in which students assess teachers.
- Developing and updating syllabi for courses and making them available to students.
- Conducting exams and students’ evaluation.
- Participation in commissions conducting diploma examinations.
- Holding consultations for students for at least 2 hours a week.
- Informing students, in the first class, of the goals, contents, compulsory and complementary reading list, rules of assessment, verification of learning outcomes, testing and obtaining a final grade.
- Preparing teaching aids, including academic textbooks, texts of multimedia presentations and other aids necessary to teach your class.
- Monitoring library resources in terms of literature related to your subject.
- Participation in writing study programmes for new fields of study.
- Collecting and storing, in accordance with applicable regulations, documentation confirming that students have achieved the learning outcomes assumed in the program.
- Caring for providing high quality teaching and compliance with the internal system of educational quality.
- Supporting professional placement of students.
- Performing other activities ordered by the superior, necessary for the proper functioning of the teaching process.
- Participation in the work of faculty and university commissions and collective bodies whose member you are.
- Participation in organizing conferences, workshops, students' clubs, cultural, sports and other events.
- Initiating promotional activities of the Faculty.
- Organisational activities outside the University.
- Initiating cooperation with outside institutions.
- Initiating activities aimed at obtaining funds for didactic work from outside sources, including searching for such options and informing the University authorities about them.
- Performing other organizational activities ordered by the superiors, necessary for the proper functioning of the teaching process.

Skills/Qualifications
- meeting the requirements specified in the Act of 20 July 2018, Law on Higher Education and Science (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2023, item 742, as amended),
- knowledge of Polish and English to the extent enabling teaching classes,
- professional title of Master of Physiotherapy,
- competence to teach planning physiotherapy for the development age, physiotherapy in pediatrics
- practical experience in the specialty of at least 2 years.
