Requirements:

Master of Education degree required; preference will be given to a Doctorate in Education. - At least one of: Recent full-time teaching experience in a school or in administration within a school board, including two years of implementation of the Ontario curriculum (subject - French) with a specialist qualification (subject - French) or - Current and refereed research portfolio (subject - French), or - Recent comprehensive examination (Ph.D.) (subject - French); - Demonstrated knowledge of the current Ontario Curriculum relating to French and Ontario Ministry of Education documents relating to French. - Proven ability to apply the Standards of Practice of the profession and the Code of Ethics of the Ontario College of Teachers. - The University may consider experience or qualifications equivalent to those mentioned above.
