The role/Te mahi
This is a very busy but exciting role with an amazing team.
You will be providing administrative support for 4th and 5th year medical students in the Department of Medicine. This will involve student rostering for clinical placements within the hospital and with external providers.
Communication with convenors, clinicians, tutors, placement providers, patients, and students is vital in this role.
Other tasks of this role include:
• Providing support with Observed Structural Clinical Examinations (OSCE’s).
• Providing support with Clinical skills workshops and simulated clinics.
• Preparation of introduction packs, tutorial handouts and tutor allocation.
• Other administrative tasks to support the Department.

Divisional Services and Administration is a team of highly skilled professional staff responsible for delivering an outstanding student and staff experience through high quality, effective service delivery to all of the University’s internal and external customers.

This is a permanent, part time (22.5 hours per week) position, located in Dunedin.
The appointment range for this role is $59,285 to $63,651. Top of range $68,744.
