Candidates must embrace the mission of California Baptist University and evidence a clear understanding of, and commitment to, excellence in teaching through the integration of the Christian faith and learning. A terminal degree in the field indicated is strongly preferred, although candidates with a master’s degree who are working toward a terminal degree may be considered.

The Dr. Robert K. Jabs School of Business invites applications for an Organizational Leadership Tenure Track Faculty member. The Jabs School is growing both in terms of its business programs and its student body. We are looking for faculty to join our inventive and passionate team.Pay RangeThe compensation for this appointment will range from $90,000-$110,000 annually and reflects what California Baptist University reasonably expects to pay for this faculty appointment. Actual compensation may vary based on the qualifications and experience of the applicant, as well as market conditions. In addition to wages, CBU offers a robust suite of employee benefits.QualificationsThe successful candidate will hold a Ph.D. or a professional doctorate in organizational leadership or a related discipline. Candidates must demonstrate successful teaching experience with doctoral organizational leadership students and dissertation committees, and have potential as a scholar. She or he will join a growth-oriented faculty and will be expected to maintain active scholarly work as well as help develop and offer academic and co-curricular activities for our growing business administration programs.Teaching ResponsibilitiesThe appointment will include teaching doctoral graduate courses in organizational leadership.Nondiscrimination StatementState and Federal law permit California Baptist University to discriminate on the basis of religion in order to fulfill its purpose.
