An exciting opportunity has become available for a talented professional who enjoys a challenging, fast-paced, and progressive environment. We are looking for an individual who will provide leadership across Student Services and Administration, the wider University, and external stakeholders, ensuring that our rainbow student community is supported, engaged, and enabled to achieve success.
You will enjoy building strong internal and external relationships with a variety of stakeholders, representing and maintaining the reputation of the organisation, while reflecting a commitment to excellence and vision. You will be proactive, energetic, and solution-focused; able to demonstrate professional practice while sharing expertise in an educational and engaging way.
The successful candidate will have:
- A relevant tertiary qualification within an associated field.
- Knowledge and understanding of the contemporary issues and challenges facing students
- Experience in developing effective strategies in supporting cohorts of students within an integrated pastoral care support framework, with an emphasis on rainbow students and those from diverse backgrounds
- A proven ability to bring the rainbow community together
- Experience in managing a team and providing leadership in the delivery of a high-quality, professional service with a culture of customer care
- Experience in developing and delivering training programmes
- Skills in monitoring and analysis, and report writing for senior leadership
- A commitment to the continuous improvement of services

Salary Range: $88,000 - $107,000 (dependent on experience and qualifications)
