As an International Arrivals Officer within our Student Success Division, you'll play a crucial role in welcoming and assisting incoming international students as they transition to studying and living in Australia. You will work as part of a team to create a first-class onboarding experience for our international students with a key focus on student retention.
Ideal candidates should exhibit initiative, creative problem-solving skills, strong networking abilities, and the capacity to adapt rapidly to the needs of a diverse clientele. The role requires a proactive approach to assisting international students in their transition to studies and life in Australia, coupled with effective communication and interpersonal skills. Candidates with a background in international student support services, cross-cultural communication, or related fields are encouraged to apply.

Position Requirements
- Strong interpersonal skills and cultural sensitivity to effectively engage with a diverse student population.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, and ability to convey complex information clearly and empathetically.
- Proven time management and problem-solving skills with demonstrated initiative and ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively in a team-based work environment.
- Knowledge and proficiency in the operation of Microsoft Office Software (email software, spreadsheeting, word processing), web browsers and online Customer Relationship Management system.
