Consultant: Recruitment Central (HEO 6)
- Based in People, Talent and Culture at 101 Currie Street, Adelaide
- Full-time (1.0 FTE), contract until 31 December 2025
- Commencement Salary: $87,955 per annum (plus 17% superannuation)
About You
You thrive on engaging with a diverse array of individuals and fully immersing yourself in an organisation to gain deep insights into the areas and roles you are recruiting for. You are curious and inquisitive and you approach every challenge with a keen desire to explore innovative solutions. You work best in a fast paced environment, working on multiple recruitment campaigns while continuously providing an exceptional level of customer service. You have experience in managing recruitment campaigns, either through an agency or internally in an organisation.
About the Role
Working as part of our People Services portfolio, you will work as part of the high energy, high performing Recruitment Central team to promote and deliver quality, value-adding best practice recruitment services across the University. You will facilitate end to end recruitment campaigns, including the development of campaign strategies, defining selection processes, shortlisting, phone screening, preparing interview questions and facilitating panel discussions.

- Demonstrated experience in best practice recruitment and strategy
- Ability to communicate clearly and confidently and use compelling arguments to gain the support and commitment of others
- High-level interpersonal skills, with proven experience in actively engaging with a broad range of stakeholders
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Ability to work with agility and develop innovative solutions
