Student Service Advisor (HEO 4)
- Based in the Student and Academic Service Unit at the Mawson Lakes Campus
- Full-time fixed-term contract available through July 2025
- Commencement Salary: $70,476 per annum (plus 17% superannuation)

About the Role
Reporting to the Team Leader: Campus Central, you will provide advice, assistance, and information to students and act as the first point of contact via phone, email, and chat, responding to various queries and issues related to student services. You will deliver quality customer service and process variations to students' records concerning their academic progress through the University.
About the Student and Academic Services Unit
The Student and Academic Services (SAS) Unit provides senior leadership, guidance and services which enable the University to maximise the success and experience of all UniSA students. Acting as a key partner and facilitator with academic units, and working collaboratively with other central units, SAS is responsible for the development and maintenance of student facing services, policy, information systems and procedural frameworks. The Unit coordinates and provides quality assurance for a number of University functions including student support, admissions, enrolments, research candidature, examinations, graduations, student finance and scholarships.

Essential Skills and Experience
- Previous experience within a customer focussed role
- A can-do, solutions-focused approach to supporting students and staff
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- The ability to apply policies and procedures in response to queries
- A commitment to teamwork and personal and professional development
- Experience with Microsoft Office and administration and information systems (experience with PeopleSoft, CRM, POS or similar is desirable)
