Fixed-term: The funds for this post are available for 9 months in the first instance.

Applications are sought for a post-doctoral researcher to work with Professor Stuart Clarke on the development of novel oxygen evolution catalysts. The work is mainly experimental.

Experience in materials preparation, characterisation and electrochemical exploitation is essential. Experience with novel, non-traditional Oxygen Evolution Reaction materials and their preparation would be an advantage. Background knowledge of these materials would be desirable.

The post is available immediately. Applicants must have (or be about to obtain) a PhD in physical or materials chemistry, with experience of surface reaction chemistry.
