About the opportunity
This position focuses on preparing statistical and narrative reports while interpreting data to evaluate Southern Cross Global's performance relative to regional and benchmarking standards. Working closely with the Manager of Global Operations and Compliance, you will play a crucial role in developing, renewing, and managing Educational Agent Agreements, ensuring the accuracy of the Educational Agent database, and collaborating with internal departments to meet legislative obligations. Your core responsibilities will include:
Coordinate the creation, renewal, and maintenance of Southern Cross Global Educational Agency Agreements in collaboration with the Manager, Global Operations and Compliance, Regional Managers, and the recruitment team.
Produce progress reports and comparative analysis, linking statistical information to report on various programs such as full degree, SCU College, Study Abroad and Exchange, HDR, and onshore collaborations.
Compile and analyse data from internal and external sources to generate statistical reports and benchmark performance, informing change and innovation, including general performance reviews, channel performance reviews, and regional performance reports.
About you
With a relevant tertiary qualification and experience in reporting and data analysis to drive business outcomes, the ideal candidate will bring high level computing skills including student database systems, CRM systems, database programs, excel and word-processing and the ability to develop and produce a range of statistical reports. In addition, you should possess the following skills, abilities and experience:
Demonstrated high level interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with individuals and groups from range of cultural and linguistic backgrounds;
Demonstrated organisational and time management skills;
Analytical skills including the ability to interpret and apply policy and procedures

Full-time. continuing (permanent)
Located at our Gold Coast or Lismore campus. Generous relocation support available.
HEW Level 6. The base salary ranges from $88,301 - $96,849 per annum, plus 17% employer’s contribution to superannuation. The total remuneration package is up to $113,313.
