Maintain regular weekly office hours to provide academic support and guidance to students enrolled in assigned courses. Departmental Engagement: Participate in departmental faculty meetings focused on departmental operations and planning, faculty development, including pedagogical strategies and student support initiatives. Participation in departmental and college service committees. While research is not required, contributions in this area, alongside demonstrated teaching excellence, can support promotion to higher ranks (Associate or Full Professor of Teaching).
