Job Summary:

Assists with curriculum preparation, classroom facilitation, and student monitoring to ensure safety and foster an environment of learning and development. High School Diploma required, minimum Associate's Degree preferred.

Job Description:

• Assists with the planning and facilitation of classroom programming and classroom coordination and organization for a early childhood education facility according to established curriculums.
• Maintains the safety and physical well-being of children in a designated classroom.
• Updates and organizes individualized and developmental educational plans for children.
• Assists with basic technical support in labs, classrooms, and distance learning mediums as needed.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist with planning and facilitating classroom programming aligned with established early childhood curricula.
• Support the coordination and organization of daily classroom activities.
• Maintain a safe, healthy, and developmentally appropriate environment for children.
• Monitor and support the physical well being of children in the assigned classroom.
• Update, organize, and maintain individualized and developmental education plans.
• Provide basic technical support in labs, classrooms, and distance learning environments as needed.

Substitution Statement: An equivalent combination of related experience and education may be considered for this role. Substitutions of the required experience or education will be assessed on a 1:1 substitution basis.

Compensation: $14.00 - $21.00
