Offer Description
A person employed as a teaching assistant in the Institute of Missile Technology and Mechatronics of the Faculty of Mechatronics, Armament and Aerospace of the Military University of Technology will be responsible for tasks related to: conducting teaching activities, supervising students, and maintaining laboratory stands at the Department of Mechatronics (ZMI) and the Institute of Missile Technology and Mechatronics (ITR), developing teaching materials, aids, and laboratory and project manuals, as well as analyzing literature for course syllabi, conducting tests, quizzes, and verifying student learning outcomes, designing, constructing, modernizing, and maintaining the technical readiness of laboratory stands supporting the educational process, participating in task teams assigned to prepare expertise, opinions, assessments, and analyses for national defense, active participation in research work, conferences, and seminars, as well as raising professional qualifications, executing orders of the Director of the Institute of Missile Technology and Mechatronics and the Head of the Department of Mechatronics related to the operation of the unit, compliance with regulations in force at MUT, including work discipline, HSE, fire safety, and protection of classified information.

Skills/Qualifications
- Meets the requirements determined in art. 113 of the "Law on Higher Education and Science", July 20, 2018;
- Master of Science in Engineering (M.Sc. Eng.) degree in Mechatronics or a related field;
- knowledge of the design and operation of mechatronic systems and armament control systems;
- proficiency in engineering simulation and design software (MATLAB/Simulink, CAD/CAM);
- ability to operate and program ABB industrial robots,
- ability to configure and integrate vision systems with industrial robots,
- good knowledge of Polish and English;
- readiness to conduct teaching classes in Polish and English;
- strong communication skills, openness, and ability to work in a team;
- responsibility, systematic approach, punctuality, stress resistance;
- good work organization and ability to solve problems independently;
- openness to increasing professional qualifications.

Eligibility criteria
- 0 points - if no qualifications or documents;
- from 2 to 10 points - for qualifications confirmed by documents, depending on the content of the documents
Selection process: An interview will be conducted with the selected persons.
Selected candidates will be informed about the date of the interviews by phone.
The university reserves the right to end recruitment without giving a reason.
The final decision on the employment of a person selected in the recruitment process is made by the Rector.
Offers that do not meet the formal requirements and all other offers, except for the offer of the selected candidate, will be destroyed within 30 days of the end of the recruitment process.
