MBZUAI is a research-focused university in Abu Dhabi, and the first university dedicated entirely to the advancement of science through AI. In 2025, MBZUAI launched its first ever undergraduate program, a Bachelor of Science in AI, with two distinct streams: Business and Engineering, and are looking for passionate and highly motivated Teaching Faculty.
The Undergraduate Division is seeking teaching faculty to teach an undergraduate course introducing the application of Artificial Intelligence in Marketing, Social Media, and Public Relations. This course will focus on practical skills, including how AI can be leveraged for customer segmentation, sentiment analysis, personalized recommendations, and optimizing digital strategies across various platforms.
Responsibilities include:
- Deliver high-quality instruction in AI-enabled marketing, social media analytics, and public relations strategies.
- Develop and maintain course content, case studies, and hands-on projects aligned with current industry practices.
- Foster an engaging, student-centered learning environment that emphasizes applied learning and strategic thinking.
- Mentor and advise students on projects and real-world applications of AI in marketing and PR.
- Collaborate with faculty to integrate AI-driven business insights across curricula.

Qualifications
This position requires a Ph.D in Marketing, Business Administration, Public Relations, Data Analytics, or a closely related field.
Demonstrated expertise in digital marketing, social media analytics, and AI applications in marketing.
Experience with relevant tools and platforms (e.g., social media analytics tools, recommendation engines, Python/R for analytics).
Strong commitment to teaching excellence and student engagement.
Teaching Experience:
Proven teaching or training experience at the undergraduate or graduate level (or equivalent professional training experience)
