This is a unique opportunity to take your academic career abroad while making a meaningful impact on students' global education journeys. Based in Shanghai, you will contribute to a joint programme between the University of Waikato and Shanghai International Studies University (SISU), delivering the first year of a Bachelor of Business degree.

You will deliver high-quality teaching across a range of introductory business subjects, support student learning and wellbeing, and contribute to programme coordination and administration. Beyond the classroom, you will engage closely with students, parents and partner staff, helping to foster a supportive and globally connected learning environment. This is a full-time, three-year position (which may be extended), based in Shanghai, commencing in August 2026.

Salary will be in the range NZD81,000-97,000 per year, pro-rata based on skills, knowledge and experience brought to the position. An attractive benefits package is included.

All applications must be submitted through the online portal. Emailed applications will not be accepted.
