The School of Design is looking for a talented Teaching Fellow to contribute to the delivery of teaching in digital innovation design and immersive experiences using VR, AR, programmable circuit board, Motion Capture Systems, 3D modelling and animation, 3D game engines, as well as programming for digital design.
As a Teaching Fellow, you will deliver innovative teaching at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels. As well as teaching and assessment, you will also contribute to the development of teaching materials and to the supervision of research projects and specialist creative design projects.
With an MSc/ PhD in Digital Technology and Innovation, or a closely related discipline, you will have a demonstrable ability to teach digital innovation and immersive experiences to creative design students. You will have an enthusiastic and innovative approach to all aspects of student education, good communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to use technology effectively and innovatively in the preparation and delivery of blended learning material. You will also be interested in developing pedagogic research and scholarship in your discipline.
