The NCERT was set up by Government of India in 1961 as an autonomous organization registered under Societies Registration Act (Act XXI of 1860) to advise and assist the Ministry of Human Resource Development (MHRD), Govt. of India and Departments of Education in States and Union Territories in formulation and implementation of their policies and programs in the field of Education.

• The candidate should be completed a UG/PG in the relevant discipline with good academic records.
• The candidate should have excellent communication.
• Candidates should be passionate towards teaching and guiding students.
• The candidate should have good research record.

Job Location: Mysuru, Karnataka

Scale of Pay:

• Assistant Professor – Rs. 45,000/- per month
• Technician Grade I - Rs. 29,200/- per month
• Junior Project Fellow - Rs. 37,000/- p.m. (Consolidated and fixed for NET/Ph.D. qualified) Rs. 35,000/- p.m. (Consolidated and fixed for Non-NET)
• Post Graduate Teacher - Rs. 27,500/- per month
• Work Experience Teacher – Rs. 26,250/- per month
• Primary Teacher – Rs. 21,250/- per month
• Vocational Teacher - Rs. 25,000/- per month
