Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and project management support to the team participating in our fundraising and engagement activities throughout the year. This can include phone campaigns, direct mail, alumni socials, career fairs, donor celebrations, stewardship events, and Feast on the Farm.
- Actively participate in all fundraising events hosted by the department.
- Support fundraising communications and stewardship activities by way of writing, reporting, data processing and entry, data analytics and research.
- Direct front-line contact with alumni, staff, donors, and community members on the phone, in person and via written and digital communication.
- Participate in being part of a team environment that supports the varied needs of a vibrant donor & alumni relations constituency.
- Build strong internal and external relationships to help strengthen the donor and alumni relations programs.
Job Requirements
- Business Certificate
- Minimum 5 years experience in an office setting
- Ability to work in a fast-paced office with various projects at once.
- Excellent organizational and technical skills (databases, office 365)
- Excellent customer service & Detail Orientated
Additional Information
This is a Temporary AUPE role at the Lloydminster campus, commencing August 5, 2024 ending August 5, 2025. Lakeland College offers an attractive remuneration & benefits package.
