We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Technical Asset Coordinator to join our ICT Services team.
In this role, you will support the effective management of AUT’s technology assets, ensuring optimal utilisation, cost efficiency, and compliance across hardware, software, and licensing.

About you | Ko wai koe
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- At least 3 years’ experience in ICT, asset management, procurement, or a similar environment
- Strong financial literacy, including an understanding of budgets and cost management
- Experience working with asset management systems and maintaining accurate records
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with diverse stakeholders
- High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
