Job Responsibilities

Hiring in Beaufort and Hampton.

Under the supervision of the Industrial Program Administrator, the Welding Instructor will provide instruction in accordance with the established Welding curriculum.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide instruction including hands on and theory, classroom management, and administrative tasks that may include reports.
• Recommend for approval adequate instructional materials for course.
• Recommend adequate laboratory facilities/equipment for assigned course.
• Supervision of students.
• Other related duties as assigned by the Industrial Program Administrator.

Minimum and Additional Requirements

REQUIRED: Associates Degree in Welding Technology with two (2) years teaching experience; or a Technical Diploma and/or certification in Welding with two (2) years working experience as a welder.
