You should possess a professional qualification in mechanical/electrical engineering services and experience in management/supervision of facilities management staff or contractors. You will have a robust understanding of the facilities management processes and all associated technical systems as well as experience reviewing and resolving complex issues within these. Your experience should also extend to project management and technical/IT skills related to navigating Building Management Systems.
