Technician III, Campus Support Services
Job Summary
This role provides frontline technology support for faculty, staff, and students by responding to requests for equipment, supplies, and technical assistance. The position supports inventory management, performs minor equipment repairs, and installs and troubleshoots computer hardware and software. The role also produces campus-level instructional and promotional digital media and serves as a liaison for campus technology needs, including user support and training.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
Essential Performance Requirements include completing scheduled technology setups; answering client inquiries; assisting with equipment troubleshooting; diagnosing system problems; responding to faculty requests; maintaining inventory; maintaining event schedules; assisting with scheduling; producing digital media; and assisting district teams.
