Temp Admin - Associates Management
The Associates Management (AM) team manages the appointments and onboarding of SUSS associate faculty. We also handle associated operational matters as well as facilitate engagement events. We believe that a motivated and engaged pool of associate faculty is crucial to our success.You will be part of a team dedicated to providing proficient and professional management of operational matters and with particular attention to the aspects of engagement, relations, and people strategy. You will report to a Senior Manager of AM.
Responsibilities:
Support the planning and implementation, logistics and administrative duties of associate engagement events.
Contribute to the review of policies, programmes, processes, systems, and communications relating to management of associate faculty.
Assist with other tasks and duties as assigned by supervisor, as well as support department and university activities.
Job Requirements:
Minimum Diploma Holder/A Level and above
Proficient with Microsoft Office
Comfortable with handling data
Team player who possess excellent interpersonal skills
Preferably with basic knowledge using html for website update
