Job Summary
Provide professional services in support of unit management in field as specified in the particular job posting. Focus will be in a professional field such as Communications, Marketing, Customer Service, Academic Administration, Event Management, Procurement, etc. Specific duties will be determined based on assignment and unit needs.
Responsibilities
- Perform duties related to professional field assignment.
- Participate in reviews for compliance with policy and governmental regulations in the field.
- Provide input to department policies and procedures.
- May provide input to and administer project timelines and budgets.
- May interact with vendors regarding procurement and delivery issues.
- Perform other duties as assigned
Additional Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Content Management & Updates: Maintain and update program content across internal platforms.
- Event Coordination & Operational Support: Provide end-to-end logistical support for virtual and in-person events.
- Documentation Development & Maintenance: Develop, organize, and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs), training materials, and internal documentation.
- Stakeholder Communication Support: Draft and manage communications related to program updates, event announcements, and student-facing content.
- Administrative Process Support: Support day-to-day administrative workflows.
Required Qualifications
Educational Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
Required Experience: Up to two years of job related experience
