Job Description
Assist in initial screening of IRB submissions for completeness and compliance
Support tracking of applications, amendments, renewals, and approvals.
Help prepare IRB meeting materials (e.g. agendas, document collation).
Draft administrative correspondence with researchers.
Maintain accurate records and filing systems in line with audit requirements.
Support updating of IRB templates, checklists, and guidance documents.
Assist in process documentation and workflow improvements.
Support any IRB administrative tasks assigned by RO.
The ideal candidate should demonstrate:
Strong attention to detail and ability to review documents systematically.
Good written communication skills and ability to follow structured guidelines.
Strong organisation and time-management skills.
Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information professionally.
Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is an advantage.
Willingness to learn IRB ethics principles, SOPs, and compliance requirements.
Strong ability to translate and apply principles and guidelines learnt in review process.
Responsible, dependable, and able to work independently with guidance.
Ability to handle tight timeline and structured workflow.
