Temporary Administrative Executive (12-month contract) / Campus Asset Management
Job Description
- Preparing Schedules of Preventive Maintenance (PM) work and issuing Purchasing Order (PO) in the system (ARIBA) for new and existing maintenance contract.
- Performing a Goods Receipt in ARIBA to facilitate vendor invoicing and payment.
- Liaising with the vendors, Central Procurement, as well as Office of Finance on all PO and payment matters.
- Assisting in any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Reporting Manager.
Qualifications
- Tertiary qualification in any field.
- Proficient in MS Office Applications.
- Resourceful with good communication skills, and a team player.
- This temp role requires a 12-month commitment.
