"Temporary Area Coordinator"

Position Responsibilities:

• Cover the Centennial Hall Front Desk during scheduled times.
• Manage and respond to the Residential Life email account, making appropriate referrals when necessary.
• Organize and schedule meeting requests for the Director of Residential Life.
• Organize and maintain the Residential Life google drive.
• Manage housing keys and temporary access cards, improving or creating new processes where needed.
• Work with the Director of Residential Life to review and improve administrative processes.
• Other duties as assigned.
