Public Relations courses including Intro to Public Relations, Public Relations Methods, Public Relations Principles, and Public Relations Campaigns, along with courses in related areas such as Ethics and Leadership. Additional courses may include subjects in Advertising, Media, Sports PR, and Social Media, depending on the expertise of the applicant. The format of classes includes both in-person and online courses. The department also has an award-winning chapter of PRCA/PRSSA, so the preferred candidate may be involved with the student organization.
