Temporary Athletics Event Staff Pool

Brief Summary of Work: Be part of the UNCW game day experience! Seeking temporary, as-needed event staff for UNCW home athletic events. Responsibilities include: collecting tickets, ushering fans, providing excellent customer service, promoting safety, understanding security regulations, and strong problem-solving skills.

Minimum Education and Experience Requirements: High school diploma or equivalency. Must be dependable, flexible, available for evenings and weekends, possess excellent customer service and communication skills, ability to stand for extended periods, work as a team member. Previous customer service experience preferred.

Preferred Education, Knowledge, Skills & Experience: Previous event staffing experience.

Work Hours: As needed, usually weekend or evening hours. Work Days: Varies by events. Hours Per Week: Intermittent.

Anticipated Hiring Range: $10-$20/hr.
