Maintain files and documentation: proofread, review and correct correspondence, documents, records and other written material. Receive and distribute mail. Maintain office machines and equipment. Schedule appointments, meetings, and training. Maintain staff calendars. Perform routine office activities. Job Requirements: Job Requirements: Knowledge of office and secretarial practices and procedures. Knowledge of proper and grammatical usage, punctuation and spelling. Ability to use modern office equipment. Ability to determine priorities. Minimum Qualifications: One year of satisfactory secretarial experience. OR Satisfactory completion of a one year course in secretarial Science from a business school registered with the NYS Education Department, a New York State Community College, or technical institute recognized by the New York State Education Department as following acceptable practices; OR A satisfactory combination of 1 and 2 above.
