Your Role on the Team
Job duties include, but are not limited to:
- Coordinate Treat Cart rounds and support Co-Worker Experience Ambassador activities throughout the hospital and health system.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Mental Health First Aid resources and related employee wellness initiatives.
- Export, organize, and maintain onboarding and exit survey data, preparing reports and tracking employee feedback trends.
- Support enterprise-wide employee experience events by coordinating logistics, materials, equipment, promotional items, and inventory needs.
What It Takes to be Successful
Required:
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Experience planning events, coordinating logistics, and maintaining inventory or program materials.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels.
- Ability to read, write, and follow written and oral instructions in English.
Preferred:
- Experience supporting employee engagement, employee experience, human resources, or organizational development programs.
- Familiarity with survey administration, reporting, and data tracking.
- Experience coordinating onboarding programs or new employee orientation activities.
- Knowledge of employee wellness, recognition, or workplace culture initiatives.
