Job Description
Supervisory Courses (HT, IHT, ISC, UROP, RIP)
- Honours thesis (HT), Integrated honours thesis (IHT), Independent study course (ISC), Undergraduate Research Opportunity (UROP), Research Internship Project (RIP)
- Handle course administration, student registration, appeals processing, course webpage updates, coordination with the HT committee, and scheduling of presentations.
Student Exchange Programmes (SEP)
- Handle course mapping requests
- Seek course mapping approval from SEP coordinators
- Verify requisite waiver requests for returning SEP students
Accessibility Support and Accommodation (ASA) Students
- Register students in courses
- Provide student information to respective course instructors
- Coordinate logistic arrangements for midterm exams
Coordinator for newsletter
- Gather student information for newsletter
- Email newsletter to staff
Economics Society and PPE Club
- Assist with payment and reimbursement claim submissions
Other ad-hoc assignments
- Exam duty
- Exam script checking
Qualifications
- Minimum diploma in any discipline
- Preferably 1-2 years of related working experience; candidates without experience are welcome to apply
- Competent in Microsoft Office
- Good verbal & written communication and interpersonal skills with a positive work attitude
- Able to work independently and in teams
