Job Description
Perform administrative processes for incoming students which includes programme registration to onboard incoming students
Secure vendors such as photographers/videographers for upcoming events
Source for venue for the May 2026 welcome reception
Secure laptops, equipment for segments
Compile parking requests from students and secure parking coupons
Arrange for transportation (site visits, campus tour)
Development of student profile booklet for the new intake
Updating of student profile booklet for senior cohort
Prepare logistics required for courses
Event coordination and management
Any other administrative and logistical duties as assigned
Qualifications
- At least a Diploma from a local Polytechnic
- Proven experience in an administrative role
- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- A keen eye for detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure
- A positive, proactive attitude and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
(Appointment job grade will commensurate with the selected candidate's experience)
