Temporary Executive (Undergraduate Studies)

Job Description

This position will provide essential administrative and operational support in the Undergraduate Studies Office, Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences. This will be a full-time contract position for 8 months.

Responsibilities

  • Manage course registration
  • Plan the pre-allocation of common core courses
  • Manage examinations
  • Provide general academic advice to students
  • Manage general administrative functions such as minute writing, meeting arrangements, counter service, and email queries
  • Undertake ad-hoc projects as assigned

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor’s degree
  • Working experience is preferred, but not essential as training will be provided
  • Meticulous with a keen eye for detail
  • Enjoys interacting with students
