Responsibilities
The Department of Sociology and Anthropology is now accepting applications for a pool of part time instructors for the 2026-2027 academic year.
- Teach undergraduate courses in Anthropology
- Applicants may be asked to teach in various modalities (face-to-face, hybrid, and online).
Teaching assignments will be based on earned degrees and SACSCOC Faculty Credentials Guidelines.
Required Qualifications
- Earned masters degree with at least 18 graduate semester hours in Anthropology at the time of appointment.
- Willingness to engage with institutional student success initiatives
- Commitment to engaging with best practice initiatives in instruction and pedagogy, mentoring, and curriculum design and development.
Proposed Salary
Commensurate with experience.
This is an exempt position paid on a monthly basis.
