Job Description
- Conduct manual verification of academic certificates and transcripts for non-US qualifications.
- Cross-check the authenticity of awarding institutions and supporting documents.
- Manage and track verification-related email correspondence with students and institutions.
- Follow up on incomplete, unclear, or inconsistent documentation.
- Maintain proper audit trails and documentation records to ensure compliance.
- Support examination results processing, including administrative checks for accuracy and completeness.
- Provide on-site support during student registration, including physical document verification and identity checks.
- Assist with registration desk operations and queue management.
- Provide administrative support for commencement, orientation, and other academic events.
- Perform other ad hoc administrative duties as assigned to ensure continuity of operations during peak periods.
Qualifications
- Polytechnic Diploma or equivalent, preferably with prior experience in administrative or operations support.
- At least 1 to 2 years of relevant working experience in an administrative, education, or operations support role.
- Familiarity with handling documentation, data checks, and process-driven tasks.
- Ability to manage high-volume and time-sensitive work with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to liaise with multiple stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
