"Temporary Management Support Officer"

Job Description

Our department is looking for a 3 months Temporary Management Support Officer is to support the delivery of the curriculum and ensure smooth operational, logistical and administrative needs. The job responsibilities includes but not limited to the following: -

• Manage lab management and course operations, including day-to-day classroom activities.
• Provide administrative support to faculty and students, ensuring the seamless execution of assigned courses. This includes assisting with cross-covering responsibilities and supporting other staff members responsible for different modules.
• Manage functionalities of Student Learning Management Systems related to assigned courses or programmes, and communicate effectively with students and faculty.
• Provide support to the organization and operationalization of examinations assigned.
• Assist in compiling data for relevant reports and support the MD Programme faculty, staff, and students in a timely and accurate manner.
• Collaborate with colleagues from across Office of Education and SingHealth in operationalising assigned longitudinal learning activities across phases.
• Perform other related duties incidental to the work described herein or as assigned by reporting officer

Qualifications

Bachelor Degree or equivalent or higher.
