Required Qualifications: Master's Degree in music theory. Diploma in Kodály Studies from the Liszt Academy, Hungary, or Kodály Diploma from an institution accredited by the Organization of American Kodály Educators. Ability to teach diverse student populations successfully. Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Commitment to inclusive practices and working with diverse student populations. Successful interview. Successful teaching demonstration for class teaching assignments. Successful completion of three background checks. Preferred Qualifications: PhD or ABD in Music Theory. Prior college-level teaching experience at the undergraduate level.
