Temporary Research Assistant
Position Summary
Rutgers School of Health Professions (SHP) is seeking a Temporary Research Assistant to work in the Health Informatics Department. The Rutgers Health Center for Biomedical Informatics & Health Artificial Intelligence (BMIHAI) is searching for a highly motivated PhD, Masters, or undergraduate student with training and interest in biomedical informatics and health AI to build and maintain a web-page for the BMIHAI Center.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Web-page building using any programming language or software of choice.
- Building a user-friendly and sustainable webpage/website services for interactive experiences.
- Some work will be performed remotely, but regular in-person work at the New Brunswick or Newark campuses will be required.
- Understanding and adherence to Rutgers' compliance standards as they appear in RBHS's Corporate Compliance Policy, Code of Conduct and Conflict of Interest Policy.
- Keep abreast of all pertinent federal, state and Rutgers' regulations, laws and policies as they presently exist and as they change or are modified.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Minimum Education and Experience
- PhD, Master's, or undergraduate student with knowledge of web-page building, and web development programming language/software.
- Experience with data visualization and webpage/website building.
Physical Demands and Work Environment
PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Sitting for extended periods. WORK ENVIRONMENT: Computer lab or online.
