Temporary Research Assistant (Perinatal Research)
Rutgers School of Public Health (SPH) is seeking a Temporary Research Assistant for the Department of Biostatistics and Epidemiology, located in Piscataway, NJ. The Temporary Research Assistant will work under the supervision of Dr. Ellen Francis in the Department of Biostatistics and Epidemiology at School of Public Health (SPH). The Assistant will assist Dr. Francis with research projects addressing metabolic conditions in pregnancy and implications for poor health outcomes across both the pregnant individuals' and their offspring's lifecourse. The Assistant's primary responsibility will be performing literature searches, data management, and analyses of datasets with large numbers of records and variables.
This position provides an excellent opportunity for a student interested maternal-child health and in developing expertise in data analysis methods for epidemiological research.
