Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated, mature and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Senior Executive at the Institute for Governance & Leadership (IGL @LKYS) within the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy.
Provide overall administrative and programme support and contribute to Institute for Governance and Leadership (IGL)'s effective delivery of a spectrum of programmes focusing on youths and senior-level leaders, as well as its case writing initiatives.
- Planning and Operations of Assigned Workshops: Support the end-to-end coordination and administration of assigned workshops, including the planning and coordination of pre-prog workshop logistics, administering procurement, contracting, systems, billing-related functions, as well as conducting post-programme evaluations. The scope contributes to the smooth and effective delivery of IGL's capability development programmes for senior-level leaders and youth, as well as its case writing initiatives.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Liaise with vendors, faculty, external partners, and government agencies to ensure effective communication and positive engagement. Build and maintain strong working relationships with institutional partners (e.g., polytechnics, universities, NYC, NACLI).
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Collecting and analysing data related to programme outcomes, participant feedback, and financial performance is essential for informed decision-making and measuring program effectiveness. Generating regular reports is part of this responsibility.
- General Administration: Supporting day-to-day operations, including office management, scheduling, and coordination with internal stakeholders.
- Any other scope as assigned by supervisor.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in programme operations, systems and processes, and general administration.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiar with financial management and budget tracking.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Demonstrated maturity, sound judgment, and the ability to operate independently with minimal supervision.
