Position Summary

Assist researchers with both lab and field experiments conducted on turfgrass, both on and off of the Griffin Campus.

Duties/Responsibilities

• Assist in conducting research on seasonal turfgrasses (75%)
• Working on turfgrass projects (25%)

Relevant/Preferred Education, Experience, Licensure, Certification in Position

High school degree, valid unrestricted driver’s license. Some experience in field work, plots, with mowers, etc.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and/or Competencies

Operating a lawnmower

Physical Demands

Willing to work outdoors in heat and lift up to 50 pounds.
