Tenure-track and Tenured Faculty Positions in Electrical and Computer Engineering, Fall 2025

The Chandra Family Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at The University of Texas Austin has multiple faculty openings with a start date of Fall 2025 for tenure-track and tenured faculty positions. Candidates in the following areas will be considered:

• Core software engineering, including topics such as mobile/IoT/cloud computing, security/privacy, HCI/ubicomp.
• Core and Applied Artificial Intelligence / Machine Learning, Computer Vision, and Natural Language Processing. Tenured faculty candidates will also be considered, with a preference for full professors.
• Heterogeneous computer and integration including multi-server, multi-chip, emerging devices, packaging, interfacing, networking, and I/O.
• Core and applied Electromagnetics.

Qualifications: Applicants should have or expect to receive a doctoral degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, computer science, or a related discipline by August 16, 2025.
