Job Summary
The Soules College of Business at The University of Texas at Tyler (UT Tyler) is seeking applicants for one full-time tenure-track Assistant/Associate Professor in Management with a focus on International Business and able to teach undergraduate and graduate International Business and International Management. The position starts in Fall 2027 pending final budget approval, and the salary will be competitive and commensurate with experience.
The purpose of this tenure-track faculty position is to advance the academic mission of the Soules College of Business through excellence in teaching, scholarship, and service. In alignment with university standards, the successful candidate will maintain an active, well-defined research stream focused on International Business, aiming for publication in high-quality, peer-reviewed journals. Instructional duties include delivering undergraduate and graduate courses in both face-to-face and online formats within the International Business discipline. Additionally, the faculty member will support the university community through active service on department or college committees and regular participation in faculty governance.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain a well-defined research stream in International Business and/or International Management, demonstrating the potential to publish in high-quality outlets, as defined in Soules College of Business policies.
