"Tenure Track Positions in International Business"

Experiencing phenomenal growth, Wenzhou Business College is a top ranked private university approved by the Ministry of Education in China. With over 21,000 students and 1,200 faculty members, the College invites applications for 10-year full-time tenure track positions at all ranks in International Business to begin in Spring 2026. The successful candidate will be able to teach IB and strategy related courses, as well as participate in the full range of faculty responsibilities, including scholarly research and service to the University. Applicants should possess a PhD degree in a related discipline relevant to International Business - such as management, marketing, finance, business strategy - from an AACSB or EQUIS accredited program, or anticipate completion by December 2025. Applicants with terminal related Social Science degrees and master degrees from top ranked schools are also strongly encouraged to apply.

The academic rank and the competitive compensation and benefits package – including free housing, health insurance, schooling, retirement contribution, home leave allowance and more – will be commensurate with qualifications and relevant experience. High research candidates with established publication record may be considered for a special research track, generous research funding, up to RMB 900,000 (about USD $140K) in tax-FREE salary (pending nationality), and additional allowance besides standard benefit package, e.g. extra RMB one million in housing subsidy.
