TES Administrative Support
Overview
Auburn University College of Liberal Arts is excited to begin the search for a TES Administrative Support to provide administrative support within the Political Science department with responsibility for a broad variety of office support duties and tasks.
Temporary Employment Services (TES), a unit of the Auburn University Department of Human Resources, is an in-house support center established to meet the temporary employment needs of the university.
Responsibilities
- Event planning
- Assists program head with a variety of high-level administrative/professional program support responsibilities.
- Coordinates program/services activities to ensure relevant guidelines, specifications, policy and/or procedures are enforced and followed.
- Provides information to and facilitates communication between administrators, faculty, staff, and students concerning program/services.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in clerical or administrative support services
